Old Marylebone Town Hall
One of those London wedding venues that is hard not to love. Right in the heart of Marylebone, it has everything you could want from a London registry office wedding – a beautiful historic building, grand staircases, huge windows, elegant ceremony rooms and some great little spots for photographs. getting married here.
Old Marylebone Town Hall has a choice of ceremony rooms, from smaller intimate rooms through to larger spaces for bigger weddings. Each has its own character, and the building itself provides some wonderful opportunities for photographs.
You can have a small and intimate ceremony with just your closest family and friends, or make more of a day of it and head into Marylebone and central London afterwards. And, of course, there are the stairs. The famous marble staircase inside the Town Hall is one of the first places I’ll look for photographs.
The light, architecture and sweeping staircase make a fantastic backdrop for a few portraits without making the photographs feel too formal or staged.
Then there are the impressive steps outside, which are perfect for the moment you come out of the building. It’s a great spot for confetti photographs with your guests and those just married photographs that you’ll look back on for years to come.

With more than 15 years of experience and over 1,000 weddings and events photographed, I know how quickly a registry office wedding can pass. My job is to make sure you can enjoy it while I quietly document your special day.
Marylebone and the surrounding streets
One of the great things about Old Marylebone Town Hall is that you don't have to go far to find somewhere different for photographs. The streets around the Town Hall have some lovely London architecture, quiet corners and traditional mews streets.
“The Mews behind the Town Hall is one of my favourites, and if you have time, Park Crescent is another beautiful spot.”
